Shipment Policy
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
Tracking will be emailed once your order ships. Times may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping thresholds (if any) are shown at checkout.

Waitlist & Made-to-Order Policy
Some pieces are made to order rather than shipped from existing stock. For these items, you can still choose your color, size, and quantity, and your payment is processed at the time of ordering.
Your order is placed in our production queue as soon as it's confirmed. We'll notify you by email once your piece has been crafted and shipped.
Because these pieces are produced specifically for you, waitlist orders may take longer than our standard delivery times, and are final sale once production has begun.

Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days for unworn items in original packaging (unless Final Sale).
Start a return via STUDIO@RENDEZZVEUX.COM. Refunds within 5 to 10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless defective. Exchanges subject to stock availability.
Privacy Policy
We collect info to process orders and improve services. We do not sell personal data.
We share limited data with service providers (payments, shipping) to fulfill your order.
