Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before dispatch.

Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days. Free on orders over €50, otherwise a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping: 3 to 6 business days, available for an additional fee at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak-season volume may extend delivery times beyond the estimated window.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.

When an item is sold out or made to order rather than shipped from existing stock, you can still choose your color, size, and quantity and place a pre-order. Payment is processed at the time of ordering.

Your pre-order is placed in our production/restock queue as soon as it's confirmed. We'll notify you by email once your piece has been crafted or restocked and shipped.

Please note: pre-orders can take longer to arrive than our standard delivery times above, since these pieces are produced or restocked specifically for you. Pre-orders are final sale once production has begun.

Returns accepted within 30 days for unworn items in original packaging (unless Final Sale).
